Five Berlin Food Events You Need To Check Out This Weekend

Five Berlin food events going down in Friedrichshain, Mitte and Moabit. Here it goes!



Coming up on Friday night over at Friedrichshain’s The Yard, we got a Pojangmacha event celebrating the Korean New Year. Unique South Korean dishes on offer, with a promise of things not usually seen outside Korea, along with a soju topper. Check it out here. 

Coming up on Saturday over at Friedrichshain’s resident Thai BBQ shop, Khwan, we got the celebration of the Chinese New Year where they will be hosting Ming River Cocktails for some new year flavours. Check it out here. 

Coming up on Sunday over at Friedrichshain’s El Atelier Tapas Bar we got an authentic, real deal Paella Valenciana. About ten bucks a pop for the meal along with a requisite cup of Sangria. Check it out here. 


Coming up on on Saturday over at Mitte’s Hirsch & Hasse, we got a Burns Supper Club event featuring a three course Haggis heavy dinner, live entertainment and a dram of whisky to toast the meal. Check it out here. 


Coming up on Sunday over at Moabit’s Kallasch& who are hosting Anju Kitchen for a Vegan Kimchi stir-fried rice event. We got caramelized Kimchi, and Kochujang topped with soymeat and of course some sesame. Check it out here. 

Bonus: Prenzlauer Berg

Coming up on Thursday night over at Prenzlauer Berg’s Two Fellas Brewery we got another eddition of Daniel Does Food who will be putting for some killer looking Meat Ball Subs. Beef and Pork meatballs, ground and seasoned with onion, parsley and black pepper and half roasted in a low oven. They then finish cooking in a Salsa di Pomodoro. Check it out here.
