Fine Diner Changes Banner, Aims At Michelin Class
Schwein, the three year old fine diner that has had a storied journey is making another adjustment to their shop. While Schwein started out its high profile life in Mitte they moved their operation over to Charlottenburg after some unfortunate bureaucracy. After almost two years in their final address they are making some conceptual changes. From now on the new moniker for the former Schwein will be Christopher’s after the name of the owner and head chef, Christopher Kumper. Along with the new name change we will also see Christopher’s let go of the wine emphasis in their shop and move into a strict high end fine dining direction. It will be interesting to see what the critical reaction will be to the change.
