Knocked Up Gastropub Links Up With Fine-Diner, Slow-Food Head Chef
Bonvivant, new gastropub knocked up over in Schöenberg just announced they are linking up with the fine diner head chef Pohl-Hoffbauer for the new project. PH has been active on the Slow Food scene in his previous kitchen over at the Cosmo Hotel in Mitte. The new shop has been in the works for the last couple of months and has been in conceptual development under the watchful eye of one of the owners of the popular Neukölln gastropub, TISK. With the new addition of the chef it gives a clearer indication of what direction the new shop will take in their Levantine/Cocktail bar program. Will be interesting to see if and how they source local for the veggie Middle Eastern menu. They promise a “coming soon” so Mr. Eatler will keep you abreast of developments.
