Upstairs Neighbour Woes For Popular Neukölln Wine Bar

Palsta, Scandinavian snack and wine bar in Neukölln that opened up this past summer has gotta go under wraps for a short while as they undergo a little construction. The shop recently expanded their output, investing some energy in putting together a coffee program, but it seems that after a year in the game they have been having some trouble with their neighbours. For all of next week they will be closed to do some cieling insulation work to hopefully appease the perturbed upstairs tenants. Mr. Eatler crosses his antlers that this construction will assuage their dis-ease.
