Paya Ramen, Japanese Brunch, Sunday Roast: Weekend Events

Friedrichshain- Moksa is going to be serving up a some love over at the Asian Hot Noodle Festival at the popular event location, Birgit & Bier. The festival will host numerous food stands but very importantly Moksa will be serving up a Paya Ramen! Which is a half Indian mutton goat leg soup, and half ramen, the legendary Japanese noodle soup. Check it out here.
Neukölln- Macha Macha, the newly re-opened Japanese tea house is going to be doing a Japanese weekend brunch that will feature a multi course savoury/sweet menu. On the offer are items like Onsen Tamago a traditional Japanese egg dish, Omusubi, a rice ball made of Gokokumai (rice with five kinds of grain) and on the sweet side they will offer Mochi with Mascarpone cream & white bean paste and Kuromitsu (Japanese style Caramel) as well as other items along with their tea. Prenzlauer Berg- Salt n’ Bone is going to be doing their usual Sunday roast. This week it is going to be the classic Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding, Herb Roasted Potatoes, Parsnip Pureé, Butter Poached Shallots, Pumpkin, Broccoli, Horseradish, & Jus!
