Fusion Brasserie Preps For Opening With Buns & Bowls In Char-burg
Charlottenburg- NGO KIM PAK
The KanstrassenMafia has let it slip that opening days for their upcoming Charlottenburg family member are sooner than expected. Their new restaurant, NGO KIM PAK, that takes the place of their former resto TOKI, is nearing the finish line and Eatler has some artwork to prove it. Opening dates are slated for next weekend! Kitchen and dining room are going into the final stretches and menu items are starting to come together. The deal with the new joint is that they will do Japanese, Chinese, and Korean street food as well as ramen all under the tag line “Fun Asian Eatery” with a lot of emphasis on the fun. We’re talking lots of booze and the food that goes with it, from munchie food to hangover food, NGO KIM PAK is gearing up to supply. The Asian fusion brasserie has been in gestation for the last few months and will undoubtedly be a valuable member of the Mafia. More on the joint as opening nears.
