The reviewer wondered why this spot doesn’t receive its well-deserved recognition since it opened and opines about the selective culinary hotspots and dead zones sometimes afflicting the city. MitteCremes Guides gave some major love to India Club, the high-end Indian spot behind the Adlon Hotel that opened a year ago, and praised it as Berlin’s most “elegant and exclusive” Indian dining experience. The house specialties include tandoori dishes and curries, served in an elegant and colourful setting. KreuzbergQuiez stopped by newly opened café Los Angelitos and was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming vibe, freshly-baked pastries and Italian bites. The joint is run by a Bavarian expat, who left Argentina to open her long life dream café. All together a heartwarming tale for the “living the dream” style of restaurateur. Mitte/TiergartenRitz Carlton Hotel, re-launched its Fragrances Bar and Tip came over for a some of their unique drinks. Cocktails are individually picked and based on the guests favourite smell. They are currently working on a menu with a three star chef. Obviously not for the Kreuzberg contingent, but Money’s gotta drink somewhere. Check out the full post here

The part owners of recently opened Mitte wine bar Freundschaft shared their top fall wines with Welt. Former sommelier at Cordobar, plus another Nobelhart & Schmutzig alumni, chose different wine notes, who work with a heavier winter cuisine.
