Construction Site First Pop Up Sells Out With Growing Wait List In Mitte

Things seem promising for Cordobar, the popular wine bar has been going through a transformation over the past months, as the first round of their upcoming pop-up Construction Site happening this weekend quickly sold out. For the event they join forces with Barra, the soon-to-be opened resto from the To The Regiment crew, who will prepare a 5-course seasonal sharing menu for only 30€ a head. Special wine list provided. The whole deal with the event is that it’s a dinner series hosted with known Berlin gastronomers prior to their relaunch. Apparently winds have turned, as they’re going into the resto direction with “a proper wine list, no chef/somm egos and grandiose food.” (do you think that quote is about someone specific???) Official opening is due on the 7th of November and they have a waiting list for Sunday, incase someone cancels.
