openingsSchöneberg – White & Rose, a confectioner and cafe, had its official opening celebration last week at their first rooted joint called Rent24 co-working space. Check it out here

Neukölln Gazzo Pizza, a new sourdough pizza joint, had its grand opening last week. The whole crew has a background in gourmet kitchens and a promising flash backed Neapolitan pizza menu. Check it out here

CharlottenburgHouse of Gin, the bar inside Hotel Palace near K’damm, is gearing up for its official reopening after being away from the scene for over a year. They seem to be going into a more experimental direction with special edition liquors. Check it out here

Closings

FriedrichshainHaferkater, the growing porridge chain, shut down its original branch. Check it out here

Knocked-Up

Friedrichshain – The Castle, the well-known Mitte beer bar, has a second location in the pipeline down in Friedrichshain. Unclear when the opening will be, but it appears to be the spot beer nerds have been waiting for. Check it out here

MitteTrattoria Mama, an Italian restaurant chain from Hamburg, is due to open their first location in Mitte, in the shadows of the Brandenburger Tor. Check it out here

Prenzlauer BergLa Cave, a wine bar/resto with a wide wine program from the USA and a Mediterranean menu, will open its doors end of the month. Check it out here

KreuzbergLayla, a new Mediterranean and Middle Eastern joint coming from an celebrity Israeli chef, has begun unveiling more info about their location on social media. Check it out here

NeuköllnThe Last Morning On Earth, a new permanent pop up coming from the CabSlam crew, has announced its tagline and official brunch opening event. Check it out out here

Up For Grabs

Mitte – Lust Bar on Torstraße is renting out its second room, a Mezzanine with an easy access to their kitchen. Space seats 25 and has room for 40 guests standing. They have a variety of fix prices packages, generally more expensive if you BYOB and throw an event during the weekend.

Lust Bar is also offering their kitchen. For 100€ a day (9h) you can rent their whole kitchen including all professional utilities. There’s a deposit of 200€.

Torstraße 225

Tiergarten – La Focaccia, a lunch bistro right next to late night spot Kumpelnest 300, is up for grabs. Monthly rent goes at about 1.1k and there’s a deposit of about 2k. The space measures about 80 sqm. Has space for up to 30 guests. There’s also key money going at 45k.

Lützowstraße 19

Friedrichshain – St. Mauli is up for grabs at a negotiable 55k. Monthly rent goes at about 1.2k, space covers 50sqm for business (35 seatings inside and 20 outside) and 45sqm storage/basement. The interior can be handed over completely for a negotiable 55k (minus vinyl player).

Gryphiusstraße 10

Neukölln – Classic Finest Burger and Pizza is up for grabs at a monthly 2k. The owner is stepping down due to time management. Space covers a total of 120sqm. The whole interior, business concept including their kitchen can be bought at 100k key money.

Wildenbruchstraße 5

Steglitz – S1 Burger Keller is up for grabs about 1k a month. There’s a deposit at about 2.1k. The space measures a total of 80sqm, with half of it free for business. The restaurant seats up to 25 guests. It’ll be available starting from 1st of January 2019. 20K key money.

Hans-Sachs-Straße 4D

Prenzlauer Berg – Vego Foodworld, a eight year old veggie fast food resto, is up for grabs since the owner expanded to new gastro projects. Relatively new kitchen, seating for about 35 people, small storage room and changing space on about 80sqm. Key money lies at 50k and a monthly rent of about 1.4k.
