Openings:
Neukölln – Sisyfass, a new kneipe in Neukölln’s Weserstraße area, had its opening days last weekend. The spot looks like a more stylized version of the standard Kneipe fare with a full cocktail programm. Check it out here
Prenzlauer Berg – Bryggeri Helsinki, a new joint run by a Helsinki based brewer, in in the openings rundown. It opened its doors last month. It’ll serve Finnish Craft Beer and Scandinavian cuisine with some intriguing menu twists. Check it out here
Prenzlauer Berg – Mi Buenos Aires en Berlin, the newly opened Argentinian café on Kastanienallee, is ready for business and will be doing Argentinian empanadas and Brazilian coffee amongst others. Check it out here
Mitte – Freundschaft, the new wine bar coming from the Grill Royale crew, celebrated its grand opening last week. More info to come as their menu takes form. Check it out here
Kreuzberg – Mmaah, the well-reputed Korean BBQ joint, has officially opened its fourth location, taking former chicken shop Piri’s place. Check it out here
Knocked-Up:
Kreuzberg – Malafritta, the sibling joint coming from the Malafemmena crew, has finally announced its location. They’ve been teasing previews, including the highly demanded fried pizza. Check it out here
Tiergarten – Coa, a self-described Asian Food & Drinks chain, has announced openings in major German cities. They have two coming up here, namely Potsdamer Platz and Mercedes Platz. Check it out here
Mitte – Emporium Café, a straightforward coffee joint, should be open for business soon, as progress moves along swiftly. Check it out here
Charlottenburg – Vonder, the international club housing establishment, is launching a new joint here, ready to house all digital nomads. Check it out here
Charlottenburg – BadHunterStories, a new gluten-free bakery is in its first months of pregnancy. It seems to have sourced some of its fundings from a crowdsourcing platform. Check it out here
Neukölln – The Barn, the high brow coffee chain with a cult following, has a new spot in gestation down on Friedelstraße, where gourmet dessert joint CODA is also housed. Check it out here
Up For Grabs:
Neukölln – Kebab joint Elit Chicken is up for grabs at a monthly 4k. Space covers a total of 300sqm, divided into 150sqm for business and 150sqm as basement storage. The restaurant has a fully equipped kitchen with two walk-in freezers and pizza oven. Key money goes at 230k. It’s situated between subway stations Rathaus Neukölln and Karl-Marx Straße.
Moabit – Pizza and Burger delivery joint Bombe Essen is up for grabs at a negotiable 22k. Space measures about 50sqm and has a fully furnished kitchen with a two year old tunnel oven. Other restaurant businesses are welcome. Deposit goes at 2.4k. No info about the key money.
Kreuzberg – Asian soul food bistro Doufte Kousei is up for grabs at 1300 € – 1400 € a month plus 200€ extra for electricity. Space measures about 40sqm inside and a 12sqm basement. Seats up to 43 guests with an additional 15 outside during summer time. The space is suited for cold food concepts like cafés, snacks or sushi since an extractor system cannot be installed due to house regulations. The current owner is willing to hand over his two year old gastro concept. Key money goes at a negotiable 47k, inventory list included.
Tiergarten – Burger joint Legend Burger is up for grabs at about 1.5k a month. Space covers 90sqm, seating 20 guests inside and 25 on a pavement terrace. The owner is handing it over due to personal reasons. Business can be taken over including staff and regular customers. The restaurant also has a basement.
Spandau – Trattoria Vossia is up for grabs at a monthly 2k or bought at a negotiable 65k. The restaurant has regular lunch customers due to neighbouring corporate group offices. No info about the key money nor deposit.
