Popular Mitte Wine Bar On Extended Summer Long Break

Cordobar, five year old German-Austrian Winebar and popular restaurant in Mitte with a cult following and critical recognition is calling it quits until the fall. They are closing up shop for the summer and say they will be coming back in October. Through a mess of hashtags they reveal that they will be doing some renovating, redecorating and reinventing, noting that there are “#toomanywinebars.” Rumors have been swirling regarding Cordobar’s future over the last few weeks and at least one former member of the wine bar’s team is due to be opening up another shop in Mitte, (more on that as it becomes available.) Will be exciting to see what the future of Cordobar will look like.
