Neukölln- To The Regiment

To The Regiment pop up is about to dive into their very own rooted joint. The head chef who was the head chef at Industry Standard back in its hey days is finishing up his stint over at Wagner Cocktail Bistro this week. They got the keys to the new place last Friday and it seems as though there is not a minute to loose as they are already starting work on the upcoming projects.  The deal with the concept is:

“sensible, straightforward cooking, dictated by the seasons. Low intervention wines, British Ciders and Scottish Whiskeys will make up the beverage programme. Ultimately we just want a place where people can come and have fun.”

And just because launching a restaurant isn’t hard enough, they will also be doing pop ups in the run up to the hopeful September opening. One at Ladidadi Wines on the 9th July and at Mikkeller for Berlin Beer Week at the end of July. No name as of yet, but it should be unveiled soon. Mr. Eatler will keep you abreast.
