“To The Regiment” Makes Latest Stand With Ladidadi Wines

Kreuzberg- Ladidadi Wines – To The Regiment

Ladidadi Wines continues their high end march of the chefs as they come off another successful chapter of their chef’s series. This past monday they hosted To The Regiment, headed by the current head honcho of the Wagner Cocktail Bistro kitchen, Daniel Remers who in place while Ramses Manneck is on his extended sabbatical. (Rumor is he’ll be back in town in a few weeks.)

So the pop up featured a kind of cooking from Fergus Henderson’s Nose to Tail which is apparantly A Kind of British cooking. One Eatler reader Tip Lined Mr. Eatler with some interesting looking pics from the event. Ladidadi will continue the series and is also doing regular terrace takeover at Wagner. As for To The Regiment, they’ll be doing another pop up at JaJa Natural Wines on April 29th, where they have done previous pop ups. As the gossip goes, there are murmurs of a permanent Regiment home, so antlers crossed.
